checkers hamburger mishap rant

so i go to a checkers drive tru the other day
i order 2 hamburgers with JUST cheese and bacon
i have to repeat the order 3 times and the matron repeats it back to me
i drive up and wait 15 minutes
get the order
and check it
the hamburgers have all kinds of stuff on them
i hand the burgers back and the matron said he did not hear me?(if he did not hear how did he know i wanted 2 burgers?)
so he get 2 more burgers
and these have ketchup on them
i return them for a refund
Why is it so difficult to make this type of hamburger?
only 2 ingredients besides the meat and bun you would think even the mentally challanged could do this
