Crazy Florida Traffic Rant

When I moved to Florida a few years ago I was surprised to find people would chance a head-on collision to avoid driving through a water puddle. Now the stakes have risen as I was leaving work the other day and approaching an intersection it was very congested--due to the fact that drivers were only using 1 of 2 turn lanes at an intersection because there were sprinklers in the median over spraying into the lane they were avoiding---and it was raining heavily at the time.
